Change region

Hello, Apple!

I need to change the region on my Apple ID, but I can't do it because I have Apple Music subscription through 8th of February that I can't cancel myself. Please cancel this subscription for me from the current day, without waiting for September 8th and reset my account if I am unable to change the region due to this. Thanks in advance
