I want to erase all data and contents from my iPad Pro running iOS 16.2. But I do not want to erase the eSIM information as provided to me by Verizon. Is this possible, and is there a guidelines I can follow to ensure I will be able to meet my requirement. Thank you.
Yes. When restoring or erasing the iPhone from its own settings, you will be asked if you wish to retain the eSim or data plans. Select the “Keep Data Plans” option to do so.
