Apple Watch iCloud sign in

My Apple Watch Series 6 asks to sign on to iCloud every morning

how do I do that?

Something is wrong there. If it is someone else's iCloud account then maybe you have it wrongly associated with the iPhone.

Settings, Messages, Turn off iMessage

Settings, Face Time, Turn off Face Time

Restart the phone.

Settings, Messages, Turn on iMessage, SMS, MMS

Settings, Messages, send & Receive, select your correct Apple iCloud address which should now be there.

Settings, Face Time, Turn on Face Time


It is possible but unlikely that the Watch is activation locked to the other Apple ID


If the iCloud ID is yours then I would erase and unpair then set it up again.

 Unpair and erase your Apple Watch

and then

Set up your Apple Watch
