MY WATCH KEEPS SAYING TO SIGN IN TO ICLOUD . IT KEEPS TELLING ME TO ENTER THE PASSWORD FOR YOUR APPLE ID. I'VE DONE IT SEVERAL TIMES ON MY PHONE BUT IT WONT GO AWAY.
I have "Automatic App Install" turned off.
I do not see any apps attempting to install.
Please help.

I had to change the password on my Apple ID. Yes, it is my original Apple Watch. (Series 5)
That's why your watch is asking you to sign in again.
Did you follow these instructions --> Change your Apple ID password - Apple Support
You should be prompted to enter it on your iPhone through the Apple Watch App on your iPhone.
Again, I'm going to recommend you reach out to Apple directly as I can't see your phone or watch and can't see what is or isn't happening on either device.
Usually by entering the correct Apple ID Password. If its not working, contact Apple for help. If you are in the US, you can call them: 800-MY-APPLE
You need to enter it on your iPhone. And as I suggested, if you can't get this working, call Apple or visit your Apple Store Genius Bar.

My Apple Watch (series 5) doesn't have a keyboard -- only the scribble option.
So how can I enter the password on the watch?
The iPhone already has the correct password. How do I enter it on the iPhone for the Apple Watch?
