Screen crack and flickering

I bought my Mac book Air at nearly end of May of 2022... I was at work working on my Mac and was working fine, later in the evening I returned home and see two cracks on my screen... I went to the store and they said the warranty would not cover the physical damage ... So I paid $500 and got it repaired ... It's not been even a month, and today I see my screen flickering... The store says, they are checking with the company and would get back ... But now they are only making excuses and asking for more time ... Will the company be answerable to this ????

If the repair shop is NOT an Apple authorized repair business then you'll have to deal with them as they are the company that worked on it. The same goes with the store you purchased it from. If they are not an Apple dealer and are only resellers then any warranty likely started whenever they bought it.
