Hello, is there a way to add a customised arrowhead in the list by default which proposes 10 arrowheads? (Keynote).

Add the arrow shape or any other shape to a slide
[don't use the line arrow as it can't be edited]
right click and select: Make Editable
click and drag on the red editing points to adjust the shape:
