Equalizer App for iPhone

There was a thread on this in Spring 2021 but the forum needs me to renew this process.

I have moderate hearing loss but cannot wear my (Phonak) hearing aids during strenuous exercise due to moisture issues.

On my PC I have an app (Equalizer APO 1.3) that allows me to use my noise cancelling headphones with the correctly adjusted frequency settings to match my hearing loss curve.

I want to know if Apple (or a 3rd party) has an equivalently competent equalizing software app that I could use in order to permit wearing noise cancelling AirPods or other headphones when connected to my iPhone or iPad.
