Apple Pencil and notes doesn’t go smoothly after software update

After software update of my ipad,my Apple Pencil doesn’t write smoothly at several times and even if I write and closing the notes application and when I again open the app,the notes are missing,I have about 100 files in notes app.What could the reason for it.Will the problem settle with Freeform app

When it comes to erasing or using the lasso tool, it works just fine. iPad Notes app - disappearing content We have two new iPads Pro with Version iPadOS 16.6.1 which is having problems on the Notes app. it is not saving all the content that you write with the apple pencil when you leave the Note. when you return back into the note some content disappeared. any suggestions on to avoid this. My older version iPad is not doing this.

Apple Notes Pencil Lag I recently bought the iPad Air M1 + an Apple Pencil 2nd Gen. In the last week I've noticed a half a second lag when writing notes in the Apple Note app. I've stored my notes locally and not in iCloud. My iPad is up to date, pen fully charged, closed all other open apps and cleaned my screen. The lag doesn't happen all the time. If I write in cursive it seems to be fine but once I lift my pen and write again, it will glitch/ lag. There's no lag in Procreate or other apps. Any ideas or suggestions? Otherwise, I'm going to have to take it in to Apple.

It sounds as though your written notes disappear on your iPad. If that's the case, we'd recommend these steps to solve it:

Try locating them, see steps in: If you're missing notes on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

In case you continue to have this issue, then we'd recommend contacting Apple Support: Contact Apple Support They'll need to take it from here.
