Ask a parent doesn’t work

My child can press get and then get the option to ask a parent. She clicks it and then AppStore just resets and she has to start all over again, and it just stay in that loop with me never getting any requests.

None of my child’s “Ask to buy” notifications are going through Even if “Ask to buy” is turned on and my Apple ID is correct, none of the requests that my child is sending me is going through. I’ve done everything this site has said to do but nothing is working. Does anyone know what to do??
