I found this on-screen Accessibility button the most useful. Gives you the ability to control volume while watching/listening. Of course better yet, Apple could put a keyboard shortcut (command + up or down) for volume in the next IOS update.

Hello KS1950,

Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If we understand correctly, you are trying to control the volume of your iPad Pro when using the Magic Keyboard with your iPad Pro. Looking at the Magic Keyboard info here Set up and use Magic Keyboard for iPad - Apple Support, it does not have physical buttons for volume like some other keyboards may have. You maybe able to setup custom keyboard shortcut with these steps:

"1. Open Settings, then tap Accessibility.
2. Tap Keyboards.
3. Tap Full Keyboard Access and turn it on.
4. Tap Commands.
5. Tap a command, then press a custom key combination to assign to it.
6. Tap Done."

And those steps are from Learn iPad keyboard shortcuts - Apple Support. If you are not able to do that, there are other options to adjust volume on your iPad here:

Cheers!
