Every 5-7 minutes my screen freezes after iOS 16.2 updating. What can I do with this problem and what did you do, if you had it?

I have iPhone 14pro and I have installed the iOS 16.2. Every 5-7 minutes my screen doesn’t work, it’s just freeze. After I need to do forced reboot every time. (restart doesn’t help)
