Junk folder & other folders missing from hotmail
I use hotmail email. Recently my junk folder & other folders I have created have all disappeared on my iPad. How can I get them back. I still have them on my iPhone

It sounds like you are having issues with your Hotmail account on your iPad.
To help us understand this a little better, can you answer a few questions?
Are you using the Mail app on your iPad and accessing the Hotmail email account, or are you using Microsoft Outlook to manage this account?
Are you able to see the Junk folder and the other folders you created on the Microsoft email website? If changes have been made to the webmail account, that may affect what you are seeing on the iPad.
One troubleshooting step may be to delete the Hotmail account on your iPad, restart the device, and add the email account again. But we suggest checking with Microsoft and making sure your emails and folders are backed up before doing this.
