Your XML was imported with the followings warnings.

Hello guys. I have one probelm with importing XML from mine collegaue.We are using same vesrion of FCPX (10.5.4), and I cannot import his (also he cannot import mine) XML with used transitions and effects.We got this messages(look pictures). I tried few times to install/uninstall FCPX, also I tried to add/remove transitions and effects(or generators) few times, but I always got this messages. Also, when I export XML to some anotner collegaue I dont have this problem, only with one collegaue. Do you have some sugestions? Tnx in advance ..

iMac (24-inch, M1, 2021, 2 ports)

Right off the bat, storing a title in the wrong place stands out:

~/Titles.localized

I don't even know how that would have worked in your colleague's machine.

Besides not being inside ~/Motion Templates.localized, the rest of the structure is one level too deep.

And, of course, if he has a custom title, you need to have that also in your mac.

It sounds like the problem is in your colleague's library rather than in the XML. It might be in how the library or is other content, like plugins, are stored.
