Pegasus? I don't know what this is but I do know Ive been having issue after issue with my devices.

From Finder>Go>Go to Folder, copy and paste:

/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks

This seems normal part of the macOS, this is a private Apple framework and has been around for years.

I think you can look for issues else where.
