My husband is disabled and cannot use a passcode on his phone. Is there any way to bypass requirement and still use wallet? I need to add a pass to his wallet so it will work with his phone for access to Disney. But adding it requires a passcode to his phone. Can I bypass this?

For security, a passcode is required for use with Wallet even just for passes.

Sorry to hear that. As Nicholas_B2 says, without a passcode a lot of the secure features cannot be used.
You may want to go to Settings, Passwords and make sure no passwords are exposed to a finder in case if loss.

Thinking outside the box, you could consider Touch ID or preferably Face ID.
Thanks for the idea. Unfortunately that will not work for him. He just has use of one hand so he usually sets his phone down somewhere to type into it - his face isn’t in view and he has enough trouble using the phone without trying to touch a certain area or hold it.
He doesn’t learn new skills very well. So, oh well…
we will use the Disney magic band and not use the phone.
