Yes it erases everything.

Some things come back when the iphone that it was unpaired from pairs it again or another Watch, but your cards may not be included. They are re-added in My Watch app

Wallet disappeared from Apple Watch The wallet app is no longer visible on my Apple Watch. It does not show in the list of apps and it does not open when double clicking the side button. Double click on Apple Watch no longer brings up Apple Wallet Double click no longer brings up wallet, all the other widgets accessed by the crown also come up. I see this as a fault not a feature. If I want to see the other widgets I can press the crown. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
