Apple support site indicates that my 2015 iMac can run Monterey. How do I replace El Capitan on this device?

Upgrading from El Captain to Monterey:

Upgrade using a USB Bootable Installer for macOS Monterey. You'd install with that. Go here: Create a Bootable Installer for macOS - Apple Support
