Recently I am not receiving SMS messages from Chase or verification codes when I need to verify my identity using my phone number. Has anyone else encountered this problem and how did you correct this issue?

We see you've posted about not being able to receive text messages with SMS from other vendors. Since SMS is specifically handled by the cellular provider, we'd recommend you reach out to your provider for help with this.
