Apple ID issues
I attempted to contact apple support but my Apple ID password was not recognised. I changed the password which was acknowledged and there was a spinning wheel. This froze. Since then I have at least 6 reminders to reset my password. I tried again today to contact apple support but my new password was not acknowledged so I had to change it again. Trying once more to contact apple support my id and password were rejected by Safari. Now this seems strange but I retyped the same id (I thought?) and my new password and I was in. This happened a few weeks ago too. Glancing at the 2 ids offered for the log in they looked ever slightly different. So do I have 2 identities Robert,? Other issues have arisen where I have had to bludgeon my way in.
