Family App store purchases do not work

When I download any app on the app store via family sharing, it just says "To download shared content, your Family must have a valid payment method", some apps work, some don't, for some reason, any help? I read another post and it said to change password or view your family settings but that didn't work, any fix at all?

Have the sharing Organizer check the payment method on their account:
