Logitech MX Master 3S Bluetooth Issue / Lagging / Delay

You described how mine was acting, like it was "thinking." I removed a couple of BT devices that I wasn't using or didn't know what it was. It only has lagged once. The MX Master 2s for Mac and Keyboard are only thing connected now. The MX Anywhere, Bose headset, and apple headphones are recognized but greyed out. Definitely an improvement. Thanks.

I have been battling with this for years, and I was almost at a point where I was about to go back to Windows. Anybody who says they resolved the issue is, I think, not doing anything advanced on their computer like multiple screens and using applications that require high precision mouse.

But.....

After trying almost 10 different mouses, I have a shot to Keychron m3 connecting via USB-C, finally I have a mouse works properly. I also purchased the Keychron M6, haven't had a chance to try that one yet.

I think there is something within macos blocking the bluetooth mouse Polling rate depending on something which isn't public information.

I disconnected bluetooth and am using the USB receiver. Problem still exists. It makes me think its not the mouse in this case. Maybe some logitec software running in the background thats screwing things up?

I think you are right. I've been on it all morning and not one lag of the mouse.

• Logitech mx 3 anywhere
• Apple AirPods 2

noticed that the problem appears when I turn on the microphone on the AirPods

Try connecting via Bluetooth instead of the dongle

Sorry, I didn't explained properly, after killing it auto reconnects but somehow without stutter or lag, idk how to explain this happens but it works for me.

Discord or teams with screen sharing with mouse + headset (Jabra evolve 2 85) always happen this problem.

I'd rather this than a laggy mouse, even if I have to run it every few hours. Even their Bolt receiver tends to lag on me. With how long Logitech is taking with a resolve, better this than nothing, you know?

This doesn't work. How can something so fundamental like bluetooth audio be ignored by apple. I'm using a Macbook pro and airpod pros. This kind of thing should not happen, or should be fixed faster. Ugh.

Do you have the Mx Master software on your computer? I wonder if that is causing it. I have the Mx mouse and its software on my dock, but the issue persists even when I am away from the dock. Ill try uninstalling the software.

Im using in my 2012 MacBook Pro with Mac OS Catalina; It’s so annoying, but after I open the Logitech Software the problem gone but after I turn on the computer the problem come again!

Killing bluetoothd helps for a short time but after some time mouse cursos lags and music stops for half second which is annoying.

This is extremely frustrating. I've been trying to solve this for almost 2 years. And I really don't think it has anything to do with the Bluetooth. I think macOS in the back blocks the mouse functionality periodically it's not consistent I could have a whole day sometimes no issues and then all the sudden it starts getting laggy. What is so incredible is that there is really no other option than this mouse if you are doing anything advance on macbook pro.
