since I upgraded to ventura 13.1 I cannot access the desktop and download folders, which i can see in finder. they are locked.
When i try to open then this is the window. What can i do?
MacBook Air
Select the Downloads folder and press Command-I to open the Info window. Show us what you see at the bottom regarding permissions.
Change the "custom" to "Read and Write".
(You may or may not have to first click the padlock and authenticate.)
In System Setting >>> Users and Groups what is showing ?
Are there More than 1 User Account ?
Are you Logged into the Admin Account ?
