Keyboard not showing up on one application on an iPad Air (5th generation)
I recently purchased an iPad Air (5th generation) running iPadOS 16.2. Everything downloaded successfully from my iCloud backup from my iPhone SE running iOS 16.1.2 except for one financial application. When I try to access that application on the iPad the keyboard flashes for a milli-second and then disappears. The application works fine on the iPhone. I've shutdown the iPad numerous times, deleted and re-installed the application from the App Store, disabled bluetooth, even though I do not have an external keyboard, to ensure that an external keyboard isn't being detected and is not working. I contacted the developer and they have no reports of this problem. Any ideas on how to proceed will be greatly appreciate.
