You can use column and tables in Pages to create your business card layouts. You can find a guide on how to use Pages here: Intro to word-processing and page layout documents in Pages on Mac - Apple Support

Once created, you can set up a printer with your Mac to print them.

1. With a document open on your Mac, choose File > Print, or press Command-P.
2. If the settings in the Print dialog are fine as is, click Print, and you’re done. Otherwise, continue to step 3.

You can use almost any word processing app (Pages, MS Word, LibreOffice, etc) as well as basic layout apps like Swift Publisher.

Of course, you will need business card stock like Avery business cards. They come in different color stock & sizes. Other vendors also provide printable business card stocks.

MS Word includes templates for most of the Avery products. If you don't have a template, there are instructions in each package about how to set the margins, etc. in MS Word and other apps.
