It seems that my iCloud storage of 200GB is close to maxing out. The next level that Apple offers is 2TB. I don't need all of that space and I do not want to pay the additional cost.
Can I buy an external hard drive with software to back up my iPhone 13 mini? Thank you for your help.

Download your iCloud Drive:
Save a Few:You might want to consider downloading what you have in iCloud Drive to an external hard drive. In doing so, all would be backed up, and then you can trash what remains in it. You can back it up to your computer if your computer has sufficient disk space.
