I have moved from windows to Macbook using the migration assistant. After that, I have been working on the window PC for some more time. Can I transfer what I have changed to the Macbook using migration assistant again?

Thank you for the reply. I have some application already installed in the Macbook, will the new user be able to use those application/program after the migration? If so, I can simply migrate to a new user, and then delete the old user.
Yes, but it will migrate it to another new user.
Yes, assuming theApps were installed for all users, besides the Application folder at root of the drive each user has an Application folder.
