iPhone 14 pro max stolen by fed ex

Waited 2 weeks for the phone and I got a random notification I requested local pick up at a fed ex store but I didn’t request anything thought that was weird and I went to go pick it up and saw the box was slightly open and someone taped the box again but different clear tape and my phone box was open and no iPhone was on there and was through fed ex so someone had to steal it does anyone know what Apple does to stolen iPhones ? Even tho they are replacing I want info on it just a bummer never thought I’d go through this with apple sad times have changed .
