Cant restore backup

Hi, i can't restore the backup i made in i tunes, downloaded from microsoft store . and now it doesn't even show up in the app like it never existed. it was visible at first and then disappeared. my phone is updated, so is i tunes. keep getting errors .What type of error is this? What should i do ?

I tunes app on desktop I tunes app on desktop is full of bugs and is not user friendly at, all I wanted is to back up my iPhone 13 to my pc and then plug my iPhone 14 and transfer the copy first of all I didn't have enough space on my c disk and there is no existing way to make iTunes store the backup at any other disk its just impossible to do that after doing the impossible to free up some space at my system disk I plugged my new iPhone to restore the back up and iTunes told me that I need to update my iPhone 14 first I clicked on update and when I click on update the iTunes freeze a little and then it tells me that I need to update iTunes and when I click on update it just freeze again a little and then it do nothing no update shows up and every time I repeat the process everything happens again all the freezes and the weird behaviors, I had to unplug my iPhone first to be able to update the iTunes app and also there is no choice to delete old backups like if you did a backup 30 years ago on your pc you just can't delete it using iTunes after digging for some times through hidden files I found that there is 25 GB iPhone 6 backup that I had on my c disk and also there is that thing where you want to update your iPhone thought iTunes its just the worst thing ever if you disconnected your iPhone or if the internet connection is disconnected or if any thing happened you will have to download the software again from zero that shouldn't be the experience I get when I'm using iPhone
