Schooltime schedule without "parent phone"

Hi,

I have set up a iphone + watch cellular for my son. Could not pair it with my own phone since the operator do not support that. My question is if I now can _schedule_ schooltime from the iphone that is paired, or if this only is a feature for "parent phones"?

If, no. Can i accomplice something similar to schooltime with "focus"?

Is there a way set up parental controls/screen time for Apple Watch? I have spent eight hours trying to set up an Apple Watch that has a Sim card, for a child to use without needing a phone with them. I have spent a total of three hours on the phone with Apple, one with my cellular provider, one hour at the Genius Bar… Nobody seems to know how to fix this. I want to set up screen time, when I go onto my iPhones Apple Watch app, and select screen time, it brings me to the settings for iPad screen time and is not playing anything to the watch. Is there a way set up parental controls/screen time for a watch? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
