Apple ID Change :)

HI I need some help So i have an Apple ID with all my Information.

I use my Google Email as my Apple ID and my google is linked to my Apple account I think as well. I don't have an iPhone right now but I did have one which is why I have this account and I am going to buy a new iPhone as well.

So basically I want to create an iCloud Email And then instead of my google email as my apple ID I want my Icloud Email as my apple ID I have a few questions below which I would really appreciate someone answering!

1. Can I create my Icloud Email Online? Like on a Windows Laptop on Microsoft edge or Google can I create my New Icloud Email?
2. Will my personal info and my iCloud Backups or anything get affected if i change my apple ID
3. Final Question. Can i access Apple Mail on the Web and download that app on an android phone?
