Three finger tap dictionary no longer displays desired dictionary order

The order of the chosen dictionaries within the Dictionary App's Preferences determines the order that they will appear on the Dictionary and their top down order in a three-finger tap result. You should revisit the Dictionary Preferences settings to ensure that this has not changed after a Ventura upgrade.
