My 11 experienced two processor failures in six months. The last processor replacement resulted in diminished cell reception. Could the internal antenna be poorly reconnected to the processor? I've tried working with my carrier but they haven't been able to fix this poor reception problem.

If you used an unauthorized repair shop, your phone is no longer supportable. Apple won’t touch it, and there’s really nothing we can do to help you.
Take it back to whoever “fixed” it and ask them to make it right or just recycle it and go buy a new phone that hasn’t been tampered with.
If they said they replaced the iPhone's processor, then they lied. Who knows what they did in that case. They could have very possibly damaged one of the cellular antennas.
What do you mean by ‘processor replacement’?
The processor can’t be “replaced”. If the processor failed, the entire phone has to be replaced.
Then my repair shop isn't truthful. In each case my screen went suddenly black and couldn't be revived. And as I said I'm now left with poor to zero reception where before it was 1-2 bars consistently at the house. Much better reception near the tower in town -but thats to be expected.
