Apple Store ran diagnostic and found the antenna is not working and hence no cellular service. Phone is only 3 years old. Electronic chip should have more lifetime than this. Is Apple considering recall to fix this, looks like it happened to a lot of people. At least escalate to issue to have internal discussion and not call it user error. Really disappointed!

I am currently having cell reception issues. I contacted my network provider and they say there are no outages. I am constantly watching my phone try to find a network, along with a triangle in the top right with an exclamation mark in the center of it. No ine seems to know what is going on. The phone is three years old. What a joke.
