Free diagnostic tools for Mac?

have you got any free dignostic tools for the mac or pc so we can check battery life and speakers or screens or any thing else as we have over 12000 devices at the trust we would like to see how quick it is to find the fault and maybe fix ourself like the battery or screen.

Diagnostic code PPP001 and NDR006 I have a new MacBook Air M2 (2022), and it was working perfectly. Today, after some time on, the trackback does not work. I did a diagnostic review and gave me 2 codes PPP001 and NDR006. I live in Panama and ordered my laptop to be shipped. Anyone has faced this issue and had a way to fix it?

MacBook Pro Issues with Sonoma 14.6.1 Similar to other concerns on this forum, right after I (finally) downloaded Sonoma (last week) my MacBook Pro started acting up - the fan runs almost all the time, the computer gets super hot, and the battery life is awful. I have done nothing else to my computer, and it hasn't given me any problems until this update. I did turn off the screensaver and maybe that's helped a little. I'm suspicious, as other people have mentioned on this forum, that it's not a coincidence, and it's Apple's way of trying to nudge me to spend thousands of dollars on a new laptop. Sincerely regretting my decision to upgrade.

If you have that many devices, reach out to your Apple Business rep for information on how to certify to self service your devices.
