Iphone 13 Pro Max Camera Issues

Default camera mode is always at 2x zoom when opened. Cinematic mode only works at 3x zoom, no video when zoomed out at 1x zoom. Portrait mode is only at 3x zoom, cannot be changed.

My device is still under warranty and no history of repair. One day, a pop up shower an important camera message saying they cannot identify the genuity of the camera.

Already did all troubleshooting steps. Even reformated the device but still the same. Saw a post having the same issue as me so I believe I am not the only one.

Hi, yes. I have already contacted Apple Support and was advised to go to an Apple Center. However, I was looking for another answer since the "nearest" Apple Center to me is not that near. And 5 days of waiting time for a diagnosis is unreasonable. I won't have any device to use. Any parts of my device have never been replaced, not also had my phone opened or what. So was very surprised by the notification. Been hoping that it was a software issue but 2 software updates have already come and none has changed... Was planning to roll back to a later software version, maybe ios 15, would that be okay? Just maximizing other solutions cause I really cannot afford to have my phone left behind at an Apple Center.
