Apple Mail folders not displaying after moving from Exchange to Apple Mail

Exchange is a mail server,

which means it's a dedicated network resource management program.

Outlook is an email client, which means it's a software program

installed on your desktop that is designed to send and receive emails

are you saying you are using three different email clients on your same machine...(?)

I am prepared to address macOS mail issues.... not third party

The mail Outlook for Windows displays my mail folder structure correctly. My iPad and iPhone display my mail folder structure correctly. You can add to "Favorites" moving the mouse to the right side to reveal the hidden options.

Same with "On My Mac"

Same with "Dominant" —which seems to include a lot of detritus which I ignore.
