Wallpaper "Fit to Screen"

I'm looking for how to have wallpaper use a specific folder of images, change in random order, and fit to screen. I can use a folder of images and change it randomly, but not "fit to screen." I can select a specific image and select "fit to screen" but not change it randomly.

This functionality in Monterey seems to carry over to Ventura with an upgrade if you have it set first. If you directly install Ventura (Which my IT department gives me no option otherwise), it's not there.

There seems to be a hit-or-miss workaround by selecting an individual image and then moving back to the entire folder, but that's kludgey as heck. You also have to reselect the background color (I prefer black) and change randomly whenever a change is made.
