I've recently bought an iMac. I was told that I could claim 3 month's free AppleTV+ with this purchase. When I look for ways to do this, I'm advised to start the TV app om my Mac and sign in, then a button should show to start the 3 months. The only option I get is to start a 7-day trial membership. What can I do?

If you already subscribed to Apple TV plus or took advantage of a previous free period you aren't eligible for for the 3 month free promotion.
If you believe you are eligible, contact Apple Support.
