More customization to focus on iPad
When, if at any point in time, will I be able to customize focus on iPad as much as I can on my iPhone?

Unlike iOS16 for iPhone, iPadOS 16 for iPad does not support lock screen customisation. Likewise, the new active Astronomy and Weather Wallpapers are currently exclusive to iOS16.x for iPhone.
Whether or not these features will ever reach iPadOS is known only to Apple.
Contributors here are all end-users, just like you. Other than information published by Apple, nobody here has any insight into Apple’s future software update or product development roadmap.
