phone not working

Every time I go on my Phone it immediately shuts off and goes onto a loading sign then stays stuck on the Apple logo for 10/15 minutes and it won't let me go on my phone cos once it comes on i can only type in my passcode and it will switch off and it keeps happening what do I do
