Hello, my phone has been acting out on me it's been 2 weeks where the screen is stuck at the logo or a loading screen. and whenever it opens and I put in my password it goes backing to the black screen loading and then logo and the cycle repeats.

Charge your iPhone for at least 30-45 minutes, then try a "forced" restart of your device, as per these instructions:--> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support
If the issue persists, it might be a hardware (battery? other internal component?) failure but we, just users like you, cannot diagnose that issue remotely, sorry.
I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
