When is the IOS 16.3 coming out ?

The iOS 16.2 isn't working properly on my iphone 11Pro Max please please how do I get it to work using the 3utools App someone please help here

This is not an Apple app. Contact the support folks at 3uTools. It is their responsibility to make sure that the app will support the most up to date iOS.
