Iphone 11 faulty logic board, how to transfer data to a new Iphone 14 Pro

My iPhone 11 has a faulty logic board and keeps restarting every 7 to 10 minutes. I decided to get a new iPhone 14 Pro. The problem is how to transfer my data to the new phone. Unfortunately, my last cloud backup was one year ago, so downloading from the icloud won´t work.

I try connecting to my Mac, but the constant restart doesn´t allow for a complete backup to my Mac.

Any ideas?

If the device will not stay on, you'll have to use an old backup.
