Volume on Macbook Air
My volume on my Macbook Air gets louder on it’s own. It is very painful when I am wearing headphones.

If Mac Volume Increases...
Reset the Core Audio:
Restart the Mac. Once restarted, if that does not fix this, then, reset the Core Audio.
To Reset the Core Audio...
Type the following command in Terminal:
sudo killall coreaudiod
