New phone

I just got a new phone and transferred everything but I can’t receive calls but I can make calls.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 13.0

Hi there, please try this:

When you contact your network provider, make sure:

  • Your account has been set up to use your iPhone.
  • There aren’t any localised service outages.
  • Your account doesn’t have a billing-related block.
  • Your calls don’t have errors on the network provider system.

Update your software

  1. Check for a network provider settings update.
  2. Check for an iOS software update. Some updates may require a Wi-Fi connection.
