Separate Contacts linked to former School Email on iphone

Recently I graduated from school and went to remove my old school email from my phone, as it is being deactivated soon.

Little did I know, when I originally added that email it was the only one with ‘contacts’ enabled in settings, so now when I remove the email it also removes all of the contacts I’ve added over the past 4 years.

I am looking for a way to separate the contacts from that email and either put them on my phone or link to my iCloud so I can safely remove the email before it’s disabled.

Any help would be appreciated!
