Why cant I back up my pictures
I went to settings to turn on back up pictures but I still cannot back up my pictures

That is syncing not backing up Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support
There is no need to turn on pictures to back up to the cloud What does iCloud back up? - Apple Support
