I made a new Apple ID where i made a backup of my file because i reset my phone but after resetting i have forgotten the Apple ID or Email Address but i do have the phone number it is linked to and the password so if anyone can help me find my Apple ID?

Your Apple ID is going to be an email address you have used previously. It sounds like you don't have any devices signed in with this Apple ID. Do you have any inboxes to search that may use this email? Please see this article: If you forgot your Apple ID email address or phone number. Besides the suggestions in this article, there wouldn't be another way to find out the Apple ID you previously used.
