is there a way a phone; say iPHONES,can remotely be switched on by say it's manufacturer or company,that if a phone is lost; stolen or while offline,then a service like FIND MY can help in switching it ON and even in setting it REMOTELY after IDENTIFYING its owner？
No.
Find or other software cannot remotely turn on a device.
However, the Find app has a feature called Find My Network, and if that feature is enabled, it allows the phone to send locations even when the phone is turned off. Kind of like AirTags. So even if the phone is switched off, it can potentially be tracked via Find.
However, this feature is only available on newer iPhones. From iPhone 11 and up.
