Application taking too much space in macbook pro macOS 'Monterey'

Storage data in 'About this Mac' is showing that my 'Apps' is taking 170 GB of space but in 'Finders' when I use 'Get Info' for 'Applications', it shows only 13 GB. I tried the spotlight re-indexing but it didn't work. Please help.

That suggests you have some items labeled as Apps, that are not placed in the /Applications folder.
